How to prepare our coffee


For a good coffee

Use between 15 and 25 ml (1 - 1 ½ heaping tablespoon) of ground coffee for every 175 ml (3/4 cup) of fresh spring water. Select the appropriate grind for your coffee maker.

Store the coffee in a dry, dark area at room temperature. Avoid refrigerating or freezing the coffee, which could become dehydrated or absorb various odours.
